I hope this finds you well. It has been a while since I updated my website and wrote my newsletter! I hope you are well and enjoying Spring season.
This month, I completed my 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training through Integral Yoga Institute. Now I am an RYT500 certified yoga teacher. Although I completed 500 hours training and my knowledge of Yoga got deeper, I still feel I need a lifetime to learn everything about yoga!
My last module of training was an elective and I chose Stress Management Teacher Training. In this training, I gained the essential skills and confidence to adapt Yoga as stress management for corporate, healthcare, and other settings. I have to say this training was fairly intense and taking a lot of my time, however it was the best training I have ever experienced. The takeaway from this training was I learned how to reframe and adopt the language of yoga, yoga philosophy to our daily life and cultivate resilient attitude that can change the way we respond to stressful situations. I am planning to do workshop based on this training by incorporating Hatha yoga in the fall.
Full Moon Yin Yoga and Sound Bath is coming back on June 4th. The last workshop was full house on the day of beautiful Full Moon in the sky. Jessica is planning to move to LA, so this might be the last one we can hold together.
Also, I am holding Mommy & Me(age2-4) yoga class now every Monday morning at 11am till June 19th(no class 5/29).
Lastly, I am visiting to Japan next month again! My weekly class is the same: Bhakti Flow to Yin 10am at Bhakti Barn and Flow Level1-2 at Three Birds Yoga.
